Interior Designer - Commercial Projects and Site Supervisor
Location: Noida Sector-63, U.P.
Industry: Commercial Interior Design (Corporate Offices, Co-working Spaces, MNCs, IT Companies, Warehouses, Data Centers)
We are looking for an experienced Interior Designer to join our growing team. If you have a passion for commercial interior design, are skilled at space planning, and have experience in large-scale projects, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Create layout, planning, and strategy for open areas starting from 3000 sqft.
Conduct site measurements and lead the site team.
Develop 3D modeling drawings and detailed space layouts.
Prepare detailing drawings for ceiling lighting, false ceilings, plumbing, furniture, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing).
Coordinate with vendors and clients to finalize materials and designs for walls, lights, glass, carpets, etc.
Design mood boards according to client requirements.
Oversee site operations, coordinate with site supervisors, and prepare weekly site reports.
Produce daily work progress reports.
Maintain discipline in both the office and work environment.
Assist in creating MEP drawings under guidance from senior designers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
Proficiency in AutoCAD (Intermediate level).
Knowledge of 3D design.
Strong understanding of MEP systems and commercial space planning (3000 sqft and beyond).
Ability to manage and lead teams.
Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
