Job Title: Interior Site Supervisor

Reports to: Site Manager/Project Manager

Job Purpose:
The Interior Site Supervisor will oversee and manage all on-site activities related to interior construction, renovation, and fit-out projects. The role ensures that the work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the required standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
Site Management:

Supervise and coordinate daily site activities related to interior works, including demolition, carpentry, plastering, flooring, painting, and finishing.

Ensure that work is carried out in compliance with the project's scope, timelines, and budgets.

Monitor the progress of the work and adjust schedules as necessary to maintain project deadlines.

Quality Control:

Ensure high-quality workmanship by inspecting completed tasks and materials.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications, safety regulations, and industry standards.

Resolve any issues related to interior design, materials, or execution to maintain the required quality standards.

Safety Management:

Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures on the site.

Conduct regular safety inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Ensure all workers and subcontractors are equipped with the necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safe work practices.

Team Coordination:

Supervise and lead a team of workers, subcontractors, and laborers.

Coordinate the activities of contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

Communicate effectively with team members and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of the project.

Client and Stakeholder Communication:

Maintain regular communication with the project manager and clients to report on progress, delays, or any issues that may arise.

Address and resolve any client concerns or requests related to the interior works.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain detailed records of daily site activities, materials used, and workforce attendance.

Provide daily and weekly progress reports to the project manager.

Assist in the preparation of as-built drawings and other project documentation.

Problem Solving:

Address any issues or challenges that arise on the site promptly and effectively.

Propose solutions and work with the team to implement corrective actions to stay on track.

Requirements:
Proven experience as an Interior Site Supervisor or in a similar role in interior construction or renovation projects.

Knowledge of construction methods, interior design standards, and materials used in interior work.

Familiarity with health and safety regulations.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
