Candidate should be from residential building background but should be having minimum 4 years of experience in Site Supervision/Site Engineering

Job description


oversee and manage all aspects of low rise residential construction project on-site, ensuring it's completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This involves coordinating workers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, while also ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes .


Quality Control: Ensuring that all work meets the required quality standards and adhering to project specifications.

Employee Supervision: Supervising and coordinating the activities of construction workers and subcontractors, assessing their productivity, and providing guidance and training.

Resource Management: Managing the necessary resources for the residential project, including personnel, equipment, and materials.

Communication and Coordination: Communicating effectively with project managers, clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and address any issues.

Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving any issues or problems that arise on the site, making necessary adjustments to keep the project on track.

Project Progress Monitoring: Regularly monitoring the progress of the project and providing updates to project managers and stakeholders.

Inventory Management: Ensuring that all necessary materials and equipment are available and managed effectively.

Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of work progress, attendance, and other relevant information.


Preferred candidate profile

demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with a solid understanding of construction processes and safety regulations. They should also have experience managing teams, interpreting blueprints, and utilizing construction software.
