Job Description: Interior Site Executive
Join our dynamic team and take the lead in bringing interior design concepts to life! We're
looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Interior Site Executive to manage and oversee the
execution of boutique interior projects.
Position Overview:
The Interior Site Executive will work closely with designers, contractors, and clients to ensure
smooth project execution. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills
and have basic knowledge of interior design, construction processes, and materials. Fluency
in English and proficiency in Hindi or Kannada is essential, along with a proactive attitude
toward problem-solving on-site.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and oversee the execution of interior design projects from start to finish.
• Ensure designs are implemented according to plans, timelines, and quality standards.
• Ensure client satisfaction during site visits by facilitating clear communication,
maintaining quality control, and adhering to project timelines.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, address any on-site issues, and ensure
compliance with design specifications.
• Collaborate with client, designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless
communication and project completion.
• Manage materials and ensure they are delivered and installed on time and within
budget.
• Maintain project documentation, including daily reports, site measurements, and
material inventory.
• Conduct final walkthroughs with clients to ensure satisfaction with the completed
project.
• Ensure safety protocols are adhered to at the site at all times.
Qualifications:
• Basic knowledge of interior design and construction processes.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in English, and fluency in Hindi or Kannada is required.
• Ability to commute to project sites in Bengaluru.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Supplemental Pay Types:
• Performance bonus
Work Location: On-site, Varthur, Bengaluru, Karnataka
Relocation: Must be willing to relocate or commute reliably to Varthur before starting work
