Job Description

Prepare high quality, innovative and functional design
Go on site visits to meet clients
Source raw materials and products

• The candidate must have prior experience in working as a site engineer at other residential construction/interior design projects
• The candidate will need to report to Nungambakkam for work everyday, with the project site and office both being in Nungambakkam
• The candidate will need to be good with keeping track of tasks and constantly following up with the contractor, the architect, the suppliers, the labour and anyone else involved in the residential project
• The candidate will have to maintain all material inventory as per BOQ’s, check for quantity and quality of all material received on site
• The candidate will have to be good with examining cad drawings to ensure updated drawings are being executed as per correct measurements
• The candidate will have to regularly maintain and update the timeline of all ongoing projects
