Supervisor Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Interior and Furniture Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate on-site activities for interior fit-outs and custom furniture installations. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality workmanship, adherence to design specifications, and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage all on-site interior and furniture works, including carpentry, cabinetry, upholstery, and fittings.
Coordinate with contractors, designers, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of site activities.
Monitor the installation process of furniture and interior elements to ensure design intent and quality standards.
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and material specifications.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.
Resolve on-site issues and report progress to project managers or designers.
Conduct quality checks and punch-list reviews before project handover.
Maintain records of site activities, material usage, and workforce deployment.
Coordinate delivery schedules, storage, and logistics of materials and furniture items.
Lead site meetings and briefings with subcontractors and tradespeople.

Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 1 years of experience in interior fit-outs and furniture installation supervision.
Strong technical knowledge of materials, furniture fittings, and installation processes.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior design drawings.
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic project management tools.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
