• Oversee site activities, including material procurement, labor, and safety compliance.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure project milestones are met.
• Conduct inspections, maintain quality standards, and resolve deviations.
• Track progress, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate site records and documentation.
