The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily on-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, coordinating with laborers and contractors, and ensuring the timely completion of projects as per specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervision & Execution

Monitor and supervise on-site construction activities.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and project requirements.
Manage workforce, assign tasks, and maintain productivity.
Quality Control & Safety Compliance

Ensure all work is completed with high-quality standards.
Enforce safety regulations and ensure all workers follow safety protocols.
Conduct routine inspections to detect potential issues or hazards.
Material & Resource Management

Ensure proper usage and availability of materials at the site.
Maintain inventory records and coordinate with procurement teams for material requirements.
Minimize waste and control costs.
Coordination & Communication

Coordinate between different teams including engineers, contractors, and workers.
Maintain clear communication with the project manager and provide regular updates on site progress.
Address and resolve any on-site issues promptly.
Documentation & Reporting

Maintain daily site reports, attendance records, and project logs.
Track project timelines and highlight any delays or concerns.
Ensure all necessary permits and documentation are in place.
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field.
Minimum 6 months of experience in site supervision.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Familiarity with construction safety regulations and procedures.
Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings.
Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
