Job Description

Prepare high quality, innovative and functional design
Go on site visits to meet clients
Source raw materials and products

Role & Responsibilities:
✅ Oversee execution of interior projects including carpentry, tiling, plumbing, electrical, POP, false ceiling, and painting.

✅ Manage interior design coordination for new and ongoing projects.

✅ Independently handle 2-3 projects from concept to execution with minimal guidance.

✅ Lead a team of 5-6 members efficiently.

✅ Prepare detailed working drawings and execution-ready designs.

✅ Attend client and site meetings, ensuring smooth communication and progress.

✅ Stay updated with current materials, market prices, and assist in BOQ preparation.

✅ Work proactively with excellent communication and management skills.

✅ Collaborate with clients, consultants, and vendors to ensure high-quality project execution.

✅ Create 2D & 3D design presentations using relevant software.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
Diploma/Degree in Architecture with expertise in bungalow, hotel, resort, residential, and commercial projects.

Proficiency in:

3D Modelling (SketchUp / 3D Max)
AutoCAD
Photoshop
MS Office
Ability to meet deadlines, work collaboratively, and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
