We are looking for a Junior Site Engineer to assist in the execution of full-scale building construction projects—from site preparation and structural works to finishing and handover. The candidate will work closely with senior engineers, contractors, and architects to ensure smooth project execution while maintaining safety, quality, and schedule compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Site Supervision & Execution
• Assist in supervising day-to-day building construction activities (excavation, foundation, RCC work, brickwork, plastering, waterproofing, etc.).
• Ensure the construction work is being executed as per drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Report on progress, delays, and risks to senior engineers or the project manager.
2. Coordination & Communication
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and site labor for timely execution of different phases (structure, MEP, and finishes).
• Support in communicating technical issues to consultants and ensuring follow-up.
3. Quality Assurance
• Conduct basic quality checks on construction materials and workmanship (RCC mix, alignment, plaster thickness, etc.).
• Ensure that work is performed according to approved drawings and specifications.
4. Measurements & Documentation
• Take site measurements and assist in preparing bills and quantity estimations.
• Maintain daily site records, work logs, material receipts, and labor attendance.
• Support in preparing inspection checklists and progress reports.
5. Safety & Compliance
• Ensure safety protocols and PPE use are being followed by all workers on site.
• Report any unsafe practices or hazards to the safety officer.
6. Support in Finishing Stages
• Assist in execution and supervision of interior and exterior finishes such as tiling, painting, plumbing, electrical fitting, and false ceiling.
• Coordinate snagging and final rectifications before handover.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology.
• 4–5 years of site experience in building projects (project-based experience acceptable).
• Understanding of structural drawings, construction sequences, and finishing techniques.
• Basic knowledge of tools like AutoCAD, MS Office, and project tracking apps.
