Source and evaluate vendors/suppliers for quality, price, and delivery timelines.

Obtain quotations and prepare comparative statements for management review.

Negotiate pricing and contracts to ensure cost-effective purchasing.

Issue purchase orders and track deliveries to ensure timely procurement.

Coordinate with the design, site, and accounts teams for material requirements and approvals.

Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data in ERP/excel.

Conduct market research to stay updated on current pricing and new suppliers.

Ensure materials meet quality standards and project specifications.

Handle return/replacement of damaged or incorrect materials.
