Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Additional certifications like CPA, ACCA, CMA, or Tally certification (optional but beneficial).
2. Experience:
Entry-Level: 0–2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or bookkeeping.
Mid-Level: 2–4 years of experience (preferred for roles in larger firms).
3. Technical Skills:
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, Zoho, etc.).
Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling).
Knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and reconciliations.
Familiarity with GAAP/IFRS standards and tax regulations.
4. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in financial reporting, invoicing, and bank reconciliations.
Support in preparing budgets, expense reports, and tax filings.
Handle accounts payable and receivable transactions.
Maintain financial records and documentation.
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments.
