We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Executive with additional expertise in data entry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks while also managing and entering data accurately into our systems.
Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support to the office, including managing office supplies, handling mail.
Maintain filing systems and ensure all documents are organized, updated, and easily accessible.
Assist in managing office operations, including coordinating travel arrangements and event planning.
Process and maintain data, ensuring it is complete, accurate, and in the correct format.
Provide support to other team members or departments as needed.
Assist in other ad-hoc administrative and data entry tasks.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Administrative Executive, Data Entry Operator, or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
High school diploma; further qualifications in office administration or data management are a plus.
