We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin to provide administrative support and ensure smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will manage office tasks, maintain records, handle communications, and assist in day-to-day office functions. Key Responsibilities: Office Management: Oversee general office operations, including managing office supplies and ensuring the office environment is well-maintained.Coordinate office activities and schedules, including meeting arrangements and event planning.Organize and maintain office files, both physical and electronic, ensuring easy access and security of documents.Communication and Coordination:Answer phone calls and direct them to appropriate team members.Respond to emails and office correspondence promptly.Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth office operations.Maintain effective communication between departments and handle requests as needed.Data Entry and Reporting:Input data into office management software, CRM systems, and other tools as necessary.Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required by management.Track and manage administrative records, including employee files, attendance logs, and meeting notes.Scheduling and Calendar Management:Manage the schedules of senior staff and organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.Ensure proper documentation and follow-up for scheduled meetings and appointments.Administrative Support:Assist in preparing and processing invoices, purchase orders, and other office-related documents.Support other administrative tasks such as photocopying, faxing, and document scanning.Provide assistance to team members in various administrative duties as required.Skills and Qualifications:Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Attention to detail and ability to work independently.Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
