Key Responsibilities:
1. Telecalling Duties:
✅Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide information, resolve queries, and maintain Vendors satisfaction.
✅Contact potential or existing customers to explain services or products, understand their needs, and convert leads.
✅Maintain detailed call records and updates in Google Sheets with accurate customer information.
✅Follow up with leads or customers for service feedback and improvements.
2. Operations Support:
✅Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
✅Assist in managing schedules, Reports, and task allocation for team members.
✅Maintain and organize files, reports, and documentation related to operations.
Track and analyse operational data to prepare reports and recommend improvements.
✅Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Education: Minimum of a 12th or diploma; a degree in any discipline is preferred.
Experience: 6 months to 2 years of experience in tele calling and/or operations is an advantage.
Skills:
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
Problem-solving and analytical mindset.
Language Proficiency: (English & Hindi)
