Job Description:

As an Associate in the Assessment Department, you will be responsible for updating and maintaining RERA client details on the website, ensuring accurate documentation, and handling technical inquiries. This role requires strong attention to detail, coordination with internal teams, and the ability to manage documentation efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Management & Website Updates:

·       Update and maintain RERA client details on the website with accuracy.

·       Ensure all project-related information is up to date and signed with compliance requirements.

·       Review and validate data before submission to prevent discrepancies.

Documentation & Compliance:

·         Maintain up to date documentation for all RERA projects.

·         Organize and manage compliance records using MS Office & Google Suite.

·         Ensure timely submission of all required documents to regulatory bodies.

Technical Inquiries & Support:

·         Handle and resolve technical queries related to RERA assessment and documentation.

·         Assist clients and internal teams with information regarding project assessment requirements.

·         Provide professional responses to inquiries regarding compliance and documentation status.

Skills:

•         Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

•         Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

•         Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

•         Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
