The role involves running errands, managing physical and digital records, and performing various administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Run errands, including depositing cheques, picking up deliveries, sending couriers, submitting bills, and collecting cheques.

• Organize and maintain physical office documents for easy access and retrieval.

• Assist with filing and document management for smooth office operations.

• Support various administrative tasks when needed, including office-related errands.

• Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.

Job Requirements:

• Candidates must possess an intermediate to graduate level qualification.

• A two-wheeler bike and valid driving license are required.

• 0-2 years of experience in office assistance or similar roles.

• Proficient in basic administrative tasks and organization.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

• Open to working Monday to Saturday during the 9:30 AM to 06:30 PM shift.

• Must be able to work independently and manage errands efficiently.
