Job Description

Enter, maintain & organize data in a computer
Handle day to day office activities
Answer phone calls and manage emails

With over 28 years of experience in the creative world - 15 years in the world of photography - Sandeep Khade Studios has the experience, skill set, team and infrastructure to handle projects for individuals or large businesses. In recent months we have noticed an increase in projects and hence we are looking for an experienced studio/office supervisor to help us manage shoots and the studio.

Job responsibilities include:
1. Coordination with models/clients/hair and makeup artists/stylists/team regarding shoots/events
2. Coordination with prospects and clients for studio rentals/photography services
3. Coordination/planning of studio events
4. Ensuring smooth operation/safety/cleanliness/hygiene of the studio
5. Managing inventory
6. Assisting during shoots
7. Handling enquiries

No photography skills, knowledge or experience required. Must have a pleasing personality and mannerisms. Should have a good command of English and be computer/tech/social media savvy. Looking for someone who is creatively inclined and has a flair for fashion and glamour.
