We are seeking a reliable and proactive Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, maintaining office organization, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.
Maintain and organize office filing systems, both physical and digital
Monitor and manage office supplies; reorder stock as needed
Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Support staff with administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
Ensure the office is tidy, presentable, and well-organized
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance needs
Perform other duties as assigned by management
