Position : Back Office Executive
Chemical Industry

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handling data entry, record maintenance, and report generation using advanced Excel

  • Managing inventory records, purchase orders, and vendor coordination.

  • Preparing and responding to emails, drafting official documents, and maintaining proper documentation.

  • Assisting in administrative tasks such as invoice processing, order tracking, and internal coordination.

  • Generating MIS reports and analyzing data to support management decisions.

  • Coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements:

  • Must be proficient in Excel

  • Strong English writing skills for official communication and documentation.

  • BSc (Mandatory), preferably in Chemistry.

  • Experience in a back-office role in a chemical or related industry is an advantage.

  • Good analytical and organizational skills.

  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
