Back Office Coordinator

Job Summary:
We seek an enthusiastic and motivated female Telecaller to join our inside sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential clients over the phone, explaining our products/services, and converting leads into sales or appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call prospective leads from the database or CRM.

• Explain company offerings clearly and effectively.

• Understand client needs and suggest suitable solutions.

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.

• Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records of interactions.

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets.

• Coordinate with the sales or operations team to ensure client onboarding.

• Handle inbound inquiries and route them appropriately.

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

• Confident, polite, and clear speaking tone.

• Good understanding of sales and customer service.

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools, etc.)

• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
