Designation - Back Office Executive

Location – Hathijan Circle, Vatva

Salary - No Bar for Right Candidate

Gender - Male /Female

Education - Any Graduate

Experience - 01 to 05 years

 

Job responsibilities

-        No Tele calling, No field work ,no Sales work by sitting in office and Coordination, Follow up work

-        Maintain data In Excel ,computer and Filling work ,

-        Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, Process orders, invoices, and payments.

-        Interdepartmental coordination with production ,Store, Account and marketing  team, follow up with suppliers

-        Manage inventory and office supplies.

-        Assist in preparing report and documents to Manager

-        Handle basic customer queries

-        Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
