Job Summary:
Eternal HighTech is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Back Office - Support Executive to join our growing team in Wakad, Pune. The ideal candidate will assist our digital marketing and creative team with day-to-day support tasks, ensuring smooth backend operations and workflow management. This is a perfect role for someone organized, tech-savvy, and eager to grow in the digital marketing industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Cross-check scheduled social media posts for accuracy and timely publication.

Monitor and verify ad account balances across platforms (Meta, Google, etc.).

Provide basic operational support to digital marketing and creative teams.

Maintain proper documentation of daily task updates and internal reports.

Coordinate with team members for task completion and follow-ups.

Assist in gathering and organizing content for digital campaigns.

Support basic admin tasks related to campaigns, clients, and project coordination.

Requirements:
1–3 years of relevant experience in back-office or support roles.
Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing terms.
Good command over MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic internet tools.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday - 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM
Full-time, In-office role
