We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Process Associateto join our team at Moham Infosolutins Pvt Ltd in Bangalore, located at JP Nagar 2nd Phase.

Job Title: Loan Processor –

US Mortgage Job Summary: The Loan Processor is responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of residential mortgage loan applications. This role involves gathering and verifying loan documentation, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory guidelines, and coordinating with loan officers, underwriters, and customers to move loan files from application to closing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and process residential mortgage loan applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all required documents.

• Verify borrower information, including employment, income, assets, and credit history.

• Order and review third-party services such as appraisals, title reports, and verifications of employment (VOE).

• Work closely with loan officers, underwriters, and clients to obtain necessary documentation and resolve any conditions required for loan approval.

• Ensure loans meet all company and regulatory requirements, adhering to Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA, and other relevant guidelines.

• Communicate effectively with borrowers and real estate agents to provide loan status updates and manage timelines.

• Assist in resolving any loan discrepancies or challenges to ensure smooth processing.

• Maintain accurate and organized loan files throughout the entire loan process.

• Coordinate with closing departments to ensure loans are prepared for funding and closing on schedule.

Job Requirements:

We are seeking candidates with Degree Bcom And MBA & 1 year Above experience in Process Associate(US Mortagage) , who are proficient in Loan Closure and Fre Loan Closure And Post Clouser. The role requires excellent attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to working 5 Working days during the Night shift.
