Job Description

We are seeking a Back Office Executive to support our operations with administrative and coordination tasks. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle email communication and correspondence.

  • Maintain and update spreadsheets and data entry tasks using Excel.

  • Create and prepare presentations for internal and external use.

  • Coordinate between various teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

  • Perform general administrative duties as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Commerce Graduate (Freshers or with experience are welcome).

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Prior experience in data entry is a plus.

  • Strong coordination skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
