We are seeking a Back Office Executive to support our operations with administrative and coordination tasks. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle email communication and correspondence.
Maintain and update spreadsheets and data entry tasks using Excel.
Create and prepare presentations for internal and external use.
Coordinate between various teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Perform general administrative duties as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
Commerce Graduate (Freshers or with experience are welcome).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Prior experience in data entry is a plus.
Strong coordination skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
