Job Title: Process Coordinator
Type: Full-time | On-site

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Process Coordinator to oversee day-to-day workflow, manage deliverables, and ensure streamlined communication across departments. This role is pivotal in managing task allocation, performance tracking, and improving overall team efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Workflow Management:

    • Oversee end-to-end execution of assigned tasks and ensure adherence to timelines.

    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to monitor progress and clear bottlenecks.

  2. Task Allocation & Monitoring:

    • Assign and delegate tasks based on team strengths and project priorities.

    • Follow up with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.

  3. Communication & Coordination:

    • Maintain clear, transparent, and timely communication within and across teams.

    • Act as a bridge between departments for smooth project execution.

  4. Data & Sheet Management:

    • Maintain and update Google Sheets or other tracking tools for task and performance monitoring.

    • Ensure real-time, accurate data entry and task sheet maintenance.

  5. Deliverable Tracking:

    • Monitor key deliverables daily, including posts shared, messages sent, connections made, and responses.

  6. Advance Planning:

    • Plan and allocate work one day in advance to streamline operations.

    • Prepare for potential workflow issues and arrange contingency plans.

  7. Reporting:

    • Generate and present daily/weekly/monthly performance reports.

    • Highlight delays, process gaps, and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills.

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets).

  • Ability to manage pressure and meet deadlines consistently.

 

Working Days & Timings: Monday to Saturday & 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
