  • Enter, maintain & organize data in a computer
  • Handle day to day office activities
  • Answer phone calls and manage emails
Process Coordinator Responsibilities

1. Strong Follow-Up:
o Maintain consistent and proactive follow-ups to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to deadlines.

2. Clear Communication:
o Effective and transparent communication within the team to avoid misunderstandings and ensure smooth operations.

3. Google Sheets Management:
o Regularly update, create, and share Google Sheets to track and manage team activities and deliverables effectively.

4. Task Allocation and Monitoring:
o Assign tasks to team members with clarity and precision.
o Monitor task progress through follow-ups and ensure tasks are completed.

5. Deliverable Management:
o Oversee and ensure timely completion of daily deliverables, including:
 Number of posts shared.
 Number of connections made.
 Searches conducted.
 Messages sent.
 Conversations initiated.
 Thank-you notes sent.
 Comments on posts within 24 hours.

6. Daily Task Sheet Update:
o Ensure task sheets are updated daily with accurate and real-time data.

7. Task Planning in Advance:
o Allocate tasks one day in advance to allow team members adequate preparation time and minimize last-minute adjustments.
