Position : Office Coordinator
Qualification : Graduate
Salary : 25k to 30k
Location : Okhla (South Delhi)
Experience : 2-3 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day mailing and correspondence professionally.
Prepare and manage quotations, invoices, and documents accurately.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and follow-ups.
Manage all essential computer-based tasks, including data entry, documentation, and reporting.
Maintain records and ensure timely completion of administrative activities.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command over MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
