Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and well-organized Administrator to support the smooth operation of our office and administrative systems. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills and will be comfortable handling a variety of administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage office tasks such as filing, data entry, correspondence, and scheduling.

  • Maintain and update company records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data.

  • Organize meetings and appointments and take detailed minutes when required.

  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.

  • Assist colleagues and executives by providing administrative support.

  • Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.

  • Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure efficient workflow.

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications.

  • Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Proven experience as an administrator, office assistant, or similar role.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with office management tools.

  • Time management and ability to prioritize work effectively.
