Position: Back Office Executive

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support our operational activities. The ideal candidate will have computer skills, with expertise in MS Excel, and be comfortable managing data, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This position offers both day and night shift options.
Manage and organize data efficiently using MS Excel and other office software.
Prepare, update, and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and databases.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documentation as required.
Provide general back-office support to senior management and other departments.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints through email or other communication channels.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proven experience in back office roles.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, formulas, etc.) and other Microsoft Office applications.
Basic understanding of data entry, management, and reporting.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Knowledge of office management procedures and experience with office equipment.
Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Fresher, Previous experience in a back office or administrative role is a plus.
Familiarity with database management or customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
Shift Options:
Day Shift: [I9.30am ] to [6.30pm]
Night Shift: [8.00pm] to [5.00am]
Full-time position.
