Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Maintain office supplies inventory.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
Working Hours: Mon-Sat: 10 AM - 7 PM.
