Back Office Executive

Job Title: MIS & Operations Executive
Location: Mumbai
Salary: ₹20,000 Gross per Month

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end client onboarding and disbursement activities.

• Prepare and maintain portfolio MIS for internal tracking and reporting.

• Track repayments and maintain an interest reset file.

• Facilitate the closure of Post Disbursement Documents (PDD).

• Prepare Sanction Letters (SL) and legal documents as required.

• Collaborate with Operations and Legal teams for the closure of pending action points.

• Share statements, balance confirmations, and other financial documents with clients.

Requirements:

• Experience in client onboarding, operations, or finance-related roles is preferred.

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel for portfolio tracking and MIS preparation.

• Basic understanding of legal and financial documentation.

• Excellent coordination and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
