Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic, detail-oriented freshers for the position of Back Office Executive. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills in English and be able to handle administrative tasks efficiently in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle data entry, documentation, and filing of various records.
Manage communication with internal teams and clients via email and phone.
Assist in preparing reports and presentations.
Maintain and update the database.
Ensure that all processes are followed as per company standards.
Coordinate with various departments for smooth operations.
Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
Freshers with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.

Preferred Skills:
Prior experience in a back-office or administrative role (not mandatory).
