Back Office Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking detail-oriented and dynamic Project Executives to join our team in Bangalore. This role involves assessing project feasibility, coordinating with internal and external teams, and ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of projects across India.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical thinking, excellent coordination skills, and a passion for delivering quality results under deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct feasibility assessments for new project requests, including technical.

• Prepare project timelines, track progress, and ensure timely delivery as per client requirements.

• Monitor risks and work proactively to resolve any bottlenecks or delays.

• Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and communication logs.

• Support the project management team in planning and implementation.

Required Skills:

• Good understanding of project planning and feasibility assessment.

• Excellent coordination and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Project Management tools like Trello, Asana, or similar).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Experience in handling client-facing roles or technical project delivery.

• Familiarity with IT infrastructure or networking projects is a plus.
