Role Overview:

The PO Merchandiser will be responsible for end-to-end coordination with vendors for design procurement, sample follow-ups, labelling, and purchase order management. The role demands high attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work proactively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• 🧾 Vendor Coordination:

  • Communicate with vendors regarding new and ongoing design purchases.

  • Follow up on product availability, quality checks, and delivery timelines.

• 📦 Sample & Parcel Management:

  • Coordinate dispatches of samples and design parcels.

  • Track shipment status and provide timely updates to the management.

• 🏷️ Labelling & Packaging:

  • Ensure accurate labels (brand, size, care tags) are sent to vendors.

  • Confirm application of labels and packaging as per brand guidelines.

• 📃 Purchase Order (PO) Management:

  • Create and issue POs with accuracy and clarity.

  • Maintain detailed records of POs and update internal trackers.

  • Cross-coordinate with finance and inventory teams for alignment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate in Fashion, Merchandising, or Business (Preferred)

• 1-2 years of experience in merchandising, vendor handling, or purchase coordination

• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and basic PO software

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
