Back Office Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries and concerns through email with professionalism and accuracy.

• Maintain high-quality responses adhering to service level agreements (SLAs).

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate in any field / 3-year diploma after 12th.

• Fresher or experienced candidates from call centre, telecom, or banking backgrounds.

Required Skills:

• Excellent written communication skills in English

• Proficient in Hindi & English (Verbal)

• Strong email writing and formatting ability

• Typing speed: 25–30 WPM, with 85% accuracy

• Attention to detail and ability to multitask

• Basic computer literacy
