Recruitment & Candidate Engagement:
Collaborate with clients to understand driver requirements and job specifications.

Maintain regular communication with shortlisted candidates, keeping them informed about the recruitment process.
Contact candidates to explain the job profile, clarify requirements, and gather additional information as needed.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring alignment of availability.
Provide accurate and clear information about the company, job role, and expectations to candidates.
Follow up with candidates to ensure preparedness for interviews and address any queries or concerns.
Front Office & Administrative Support:
Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls, providing accurate information and assistance.
Determine the purpose of each call, gather relevant information, and address inquiries or transfer as appropriate.
Manage and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
