The Back Office Executive is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to ensure smooth business operations. This role focuses on data management, documentation, processing internal requests, and supporting the front office and other departments as needed.
Handle data entry, processing, and management of records and files.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
Maintain and update company databases, spreadsheets, and filing systems.
Assist in managing emails, correspondence, and internal communications.
Coordinate with different departments (such as sales, HR, finance) for internal processes.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company procedures.
Perform administrative tasks such as scanning, photocopying, and filing.
Support customer service or client-facing teams with backend processing.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information.
Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
Prior experience in a back-office or administrative role preferred.
