Job Summary:

We are looking for a Back Office Executive with expertise in Advanced Excel to handle data management, reporting, and administrative support. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proficient in data analysis, and capable of optimizing processes using Excel functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update records, databases, and company documents.

• Process and analyze data using Advanced Excel i.e. VLOOKUP.

• Prepare MIS reports and dashboards to support decision-making.

• Ensure accurate data entry, validation, and reconciliation.

• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations.

• Automate repetitive tasks using Excel formulas and VBA/Macros.

• Assist in inventory tracking, order processing, and documentation.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and data confidentiality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

• Proficiency in Advanced Excel

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Google Sheets.

• Experience with ERP software systems

• Familiarity with invoicing, inventory management, and order processing.
