🔍 Process – Material Quality Analysis
🌍 Client: One of the leading healthcare companies
📍 Location: Hyderabad
⏰ Shift Timings: 8:45 PM to 6:15 AM (Night Shift)
💼 CTC: 2.4 LPA

The role involves reviewing insurance documents and identifying any defects or discrepancies using basic manual testing concepts. You will report these findings to the lead.

⚙️ Nature of Work: Non-Voice

✨ Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong reading and verbal communication skills to comprehend documents and report defects

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel)

  • Flexibility to work overtime, including weekends and holidays

  • Minimum 6 months of BPO experience

  • Experience working in night shifts

🌟 Good to Have:

  • Knowledge of US Healthcare concepts

  • Familiarity with basic testing concepts

🎓 Educational Background:
Any graduate/PG except for technical fields like BE, BTech, MTech, MCA, etc.
