Job Description

Enter, maintain & organize data in a computer
Handle day to day office activities
Answer phone calls and manage emails

1. Procurement of Raw Material for Machinery Production
2. Preparation of Proposals for various Government Authorities.
3. Letter drafting for all communications with the departments, payment follow up etc.
4. Preparation of Government Tender documents and uploading on the GeM, Mahatender or any other government portals.
5. Preparation of all documents related to the delivery of the product.
6. Preparation of Invoices, AMC/CMC related Invoices as per work orders.
7. Transport Arrangements for delivery of product to the customers.
8. Outstanding Payments, EMD, BG follow up with the Customer as per due date.
9. Maintaing all the records/filling of the all documents
