Role Overview:
We are looking for a smart, organized, and communicative Female Back Office Executive to support our presale's activities, file management, and office coordination. The role involves handling presale's inquiries, maintaining records, and supporting field teams with daily coordination tasks. Ideal for a fresher who is eager to learn and grow.
Handle and maintain customer files, documentation, and internal data
Support presale's activities including basic cold calling and following up with leads
Respond to customer queries via email and phone
Coordinate with the field service/installation team for daily tasks
Manage Office 365 tools – Excel, Word, Outlook (basic use)
Perform payment follow-up calls/emails with clients
Maintain internal task tracking and support team reporting
Ensure all information is kept organized and up to date
Good communication skills (average English acceptable)
Comfortable with cold calling and interacting with customers
Basic computer skills – especially in MS Office / Office 365
Organized and able to maintain proper records and file systems
Able to manage multiple small tasks independently
Must be from or near Gurgaon, Sector 9 (122001)
