Back Office Operations:

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Back Office Front – Account and Finance

 Email Etiquettes - Professional / Personal communication

 Soft communication with Customer / Internal staff

 Taking inquiry from customer

 Market study for the customer requirement

 Getting quotes from different vendors

 Making Quote comparison

 Preparing Delivery Challan, Invoices and Purchase Orders

2. Team Management

 Daily Attendance and shift schedule of onsite engineers

 Tracking of staff activity

 Prepare offer letter, confirmation letter

 Employee Salary Processing

 Employee Pay slips

Skills Required:

1. Strong oral and written communication skills.

2. Proficient in programs including PowerPoint, MS Office and Excel.
