Enter, maintain & organize data in a computer
Handle day to day office activities
Answer phone calls and manage emails

Handle daily inquiries and orders received via WhatsApp (approximately 20-25 daily).
Cross-check orders for accuracy and confirm the availability of goods.
Forward verified orders to the dispatch department.
Collaborate with the accounts executive to assist in billing processes.
Reconcile packing slips, ensuring rates, discounts, and quantities align with orders before dispatch.
Manage administrative tasks related to sales operations.
Maintain organized records of orders and communications.
Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and issues.
Assist in building and maintaining positive client relationships.
