Job Title: Back Office Executive Location: Bhopal Experience: 6 months to 2-year Salary: 10 k - 20 k Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the management team and ensure the smooth operation of the back-office functions. Key Responsibilities:1. Administrative Support: - Manage and maintain records, files, and databases - Prepare and process documents, reports, and presentations - Provide support for meetings, conferences, and other events2. Financial Administration: - Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting - Manage and process invoices, payments, and expenses - Reconcile accounts and maintain financial records3. Operational Support: - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations - Manage and track inventory, supplies, and equipment - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures4. Communication and Coordination: - Respond to emails, phone calls, and queries from internal and external stakeholders - Coordinate with external vendors, suppliers, and partners - Ensure timely and effective communication with the management team5. Special Projects: - Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the management team - Conduct research and analysis to support business decisions - Implement process improvements and efficiency initiativesRequirements:1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field2. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or back office role3. Skills: - Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite - Ability to work independently and as part of a team4.
