Back Office Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Listing Executive to join our team. As a Listing Executive, your primary responsibility will be to manage and update product listings on our platform. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who have a keen eye for detail and a passion for e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, update, and optimize product listings on the platform.

• Ensure all product details are accurate and up to date.

• Maintain and manage inventory information.

• Assist in troubleshooting listing-related issues and provide customer support.

• Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure product listings are aligned with campaigns.

• Monitor performance of listings and make adjustments to improve visibility and sales.
  

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

• Proven experience in e-commerce or online listings (preferred).

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Proficient in using MS Office, Google Sheets, and e-commerce platforms (such as Shopify, Amazon, etc.).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
