We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Back Office Executive to support our team by managing leads and performing essential computer-based administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should be organized, tech-savvy, and able to handle data accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update lead data in CRM or Excel sheets.

• Coordinate follow-ups with clients via email, messages, or internal tools.

• Maintain records and files, both digital and physical.

• Generate reports and assist in basic data analysis.

• Support the sales/operations team with documentation.

• Ensure accuracy in data entry and communication.

• Handle general office correspondence and back-end tasks.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic computer skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
