Back Office Executive

• Manage and handle tendering activities on Government e-Marketplace (GEM) portal.

• Search, identify, and evaluate relevant tenders matching company products/services.

• Prepare, compile, and submit bids with complete documentation and technical compliance.

• Handle online bidding, reverse auctions, and ensure timely submission of tenders.

• Maintain regular communication with GEM authorities and customer departments for tender clarifications and updates.

• Coordinate with sales, finance, and operations teams for pricing, technical details, and approvals.

• Ensure compliance with all terms and conditions specified in tenders.

• Maintain documentation and records of all tender-related activities for audits.

• Proactively manage GEM catalog listings, pricing updates, and service listings.

• Assist in vendor assessment registrations, contract negotiations, and agreement finalizations.

• Track and report bidding status, wins/losses, and tender success rates monthly.
