Back Office Executive

Zenion Technology India seeks a dedicated and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support our commercial & operational activities. The ideal candidate will handle data entry, manage company records, prepare reports, coordinate with internal departments, and ensure the smooth flow of backend operations. Key duties include maintaining databases, handling email communications, organizing files, assisting in invoice and documentation processes, and supporting the sales and operations teams with backend tasks. Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and Word, along with good typing speed and accuracy, is essential. The candidate should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A graduate degree in Science & Commercial discipline is required, and prior experience in a similar role will be an added advantage. This is a full-time role with working hours from [(9:00 AM to 6:30 PM], offering a collaborative work environment and opportunities for professional growth. Salary will be commensurate with experience and industry standards.
