Position: Project Manager
Project: Online Platform to Connect NGOs with Volunteers and Beneficiaries
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning and Strategy:
• Develop and implement a detailed project execution plan based on the objectives and key steps outlined in the project pitch.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to design a timeline and roadmap for workshops, NGO onboarding, and community engagement activities.
2. Stakeholder Engagement:
• Build strong relationships with government officers, NSS heads, university representatives, colleges, schools, and NGOs to ensure their active participation.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the platform and stakeholders to address concerns, provide updates, and gather feedback.
3. Workshop Coordination:
• Plan and execute workshops in various cities to promote the platform and onboard NGOs, institutions, and volunteers.
• Coordinate with institutions to recruit volunteers for the Campus Reporter Program, Community Reporter, Community Champion and ensure its effective implementation.
• Oversee city-wise NGO showcases and facilitate their interactions with local communities and institutions.
4. Community Club Formation:
• Facilitate the formation of Community Clubs in each city to oversee platform operations at the local level.
• Provide training and guidance to club members, ensuring smooth onboarding processes for NGOs and volunteers.
5. Platform Onboarding and Management:
• Lead efforts to onboard NGOs to the platform, ensuring detailed and accurate profiles are created.
• Collaborate with NGOs to help them articulate their needs for volunteers and donors.
• Oversee the admin panel and ensure regular updates of project details, volunteer requirements, and events.
6. Awareness Campaigns:
• Design and execute awareness campaigns to attract more donors, volunteers, and NGOs to the platform.
• Utilize digital marketing and offline channels to promote the initiative and increase its reach.
7. Monitoring and Reporting:
• Monitor project milestones, stakeholder participation, and platform activity.
• Generate regular reports on the impact of workshops, engagement levels, and project outcomes.
• Use data insights to refine strategies and improve platform effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Public Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the social sector or community engagement projects.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and build partnerships with diverse groups.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Punjabi.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with online platforms, CRM tools, and project management software.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong networking abilities and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
• Adaptability: Willingness to travel frequently and work in dynamic environments.
